1. Order a Contabo or Kamatera VPS

Choose a Contabo or Kamatera VPS. Pick Ubuntu 24.04 or higher, select a region, set your root password. Complete payment — Contabo emails your credentials, Kamatera shows them in the dashboard. Save those credentials.

2. Download & Install AmneziaVPN

Grab the client for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, or iOS. Run the installer and open the app.

3. Log in to Your VPS & Install AmneziaWG

In AmneziaVPN, select Self-hosted VPN - Configure new server. Paste your server IPv4, username root, and password. Select AmneziaWG protocol, click Install. The app auto-configures via SSH in ~3-5 minutes.
